Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer that is enthusiastic in independent learning and developing systems based on customer's preferences.
To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least two (2) years of relevant experience is required for consideration.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities::
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Project Coordinator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
Three years of experience in a related field.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Familiar with jira.com and trello.com

Job Scope:
Involving in development of software/systems through the entire project life cycle and to provide email and technical support to our customers
Building cloud applications with mobile view
Conduct internal testing and acceptance tests
Innovatively analyze requirements needed while designing and coding codes that are clean and easy to understand
Experience in designing and developing software components and have a strong Service Oriented development and integration background and mobile web applications
Web Services integration, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our customer service team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field with strong programming skills
Proficient in programming (PHP, LARAVEL, AJAX, JQuery, Java OR Object-Oriented JavaScript)
MY SQL Server. Ability to construct query, view, job, stored procedure and user defined function in SQL
Passion in programming and technologies applications (Initiative to upgrade oneself in technology trend and programming aspect is a plus)
Strong foundation in system design (E.g.: class design, database design) to ensure performance, scalability and maintainability in any project
Ability to be a good listener and understanding of customer’s requirement and needs
Strong analytical skills
Able to work independently and a good team player
Ability to be a self-starter, work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Preferred to have at least 2 years working experience as an IT Programmer in the Industry
Knowledge and experience with mobile development will be a plus

Job scope
Responsible for providing customers with day-to-day technical support via email, instant messaging service and telephone
Provide training to customers when requested
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Identify and provide feedback from customer to R&D team for continuous improvement
Can provide commercial approach to the customer with outstanding capability to present promotions and brand information that aims conversions and brand turnover.
Communicate and coordinate with the customer’s dedicated Account Executives
Escalate critical issues swiftly and accurately to your superior
Assist the company and management in other related areas when required or requested
Train and assist other members of the Customer Support Team when required or requested

Requirements
Degree graduate in related field or in graduate in Information Technology will be plus points
Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet Browsing
Strong Communication skill, Fluent in English, Mandarin and BM (any other dialects will be plus points)
Has experience in Customer Service or at least passion in providing good service and resolving issues
Self-motivated and results oriented
Display willingness to learn/fast learner
